| "LIRR Holiday Express Deadhead at Lynbrook"
Long Island Rail Road's 4th Annual Holiday Express train deadheads east on the Montauk Line towards Babylon station to pick up families for a trip to Penn Station. The Holiday Express is a fully decorated non-stop train to Penn Station that features giveaways and on-board holiday festivities, including Carolers, a visit from Santa and much more. The train usually runs twice on the first weekend of December. One trip from Ronkonkoma to Penn (via the Main Line) Saturday and Babylon to Penn (via the Montauk Line) Sunday. |
