An EUASM on the Modoc Line awaits the arrival of a westbound at Flanigan, Nevada. Once the opposing traffic clears, it will proceed east on the former Western Pacific. The "westbound" turned out to be a Union Pacific track inspector in a hyrail Jeep Cherokee.
