Shortly after sunrise the "HST 125" train 1B07 "Inter7City" of Scotrail from Aberdeen to Edinburgh with 2250 Hp diesel power cars of class 43 in front and another in the rear, is crossing the 2523 meter long Forth Bridge between Queensferry North and Dalmeny. The impressive cantilever bridge was built between 1882 and 1890 and is UNESCO World Heritage since 2015. About 200 trains a day are crossing the Firth of Forth over the bridge.
