UP 1140 holds at Baldwin, WI with its local turn out of Altoona, WI for a track warrant update. The train has several cars for Hudson, WI and will soon proceed west, handle its switching, then return east to handle switching in Menomonie before returning to Altoona. To date, the sizable elevator shown has not been a source of rail traffic when I have seen it (since 2018).
