| The South Chicago & Indiana Harbor (Chicago Short Line for short) shoves east on the NS at CP 509, making way through the impressive lift bridges near the IL/IN border. SW1500 31 and SW1001 28 are crossing the Calumet River and have a train bound their home port on the city's south side. Lake Michigan looms in the background. |
