Bound for Boardman, Oregon, a BNSF coal train crosses Union Pacific’s impressive bridge over the Snake River at Joso, Washington, on September 21, 2015. These trains use UP’s Ayer Subdivision (the Washy) out of Spokane to access the Boardman power plant.
