HOOSAC TUNNEL DETOUR: Due to a small collapse inside Pan Am Southern's Hoosac Tunnel, some trains are currently being detoured between East Deerfield, Massachusetts and Hoosick Junction, New York by way of Vermont Rail System. Here, the first eastbound detour--16R--heads north through Arlington, Vermont, passing the former Rutland depot.
