Pan Am detour train 16R-19 is using the Vermont Rail System detour route on February 19, as MEC B40-8s 5946, 5936, 5930, and 5976 lead VTR 310 and 71 cars over the GMRC Bellows Falls Subdivision. The train is crossing the Cuttingsville Bridge on a beautiful winter afternoon.
