| CN 450 stopped at Martins to lift CN 4713, the power for the local roadswitcher CN 595 to take south for weekly servicing, but for some reason elected not to and continued on south without it. I heard quite a bit of conversing about the situation with RTC on the scanner but couldn't make any of it out, just the odd word here and there.
