CSX train Z013, the symbol for the rerouting of NS 23K, passes through Goodman Street Yard with three NS units as power. Working the yard is CSX Rochester - Batavia local B791, with an ex C&O caboose in the consist of freight cars. CSX has since refused to accept any more NS reroutes, thus making NS run their trains over the VTR due to the Hoosac Tunnel collapse.
