| UP 7280 heads a westbound train up Knapp hill just west of Knapp, WI. The train is down to about 20 mph with heavy sand loads supported by 3 GEs on the point and 2 more on the back as DPUs. Part of the reason for the slow climb is a slow order on Knapp's east side resulting from a derailment earlier this winter. No opportunity for a running start at the hill. |
