| While being swarmed by countless bugs, I took this shot of IC 6251 sitting with ore train on the west end of CN’s Proctor Yard near Duluth, MN. Northeast Minnesota is a haven for iron ore. Trains come from the ore mines out west and head east to the Duluth ore docks where the ore pellets are loaded onto Great Lakes freighters. |
