A winter afternoon has yet another coal train ascending Crawford Hill near Windy Point. BN and AT&SF had already merged their corporate entities and Santa Fe power was beginning to migrate as evidenced here. Although there were numerous BN SD70MACs providing the backbone of coal train power, DC units were still fairly common. Fuji Provia.
