      Remarks & Notes
The coronavirus pandemic has cut severely Amtrak's schedule, but a spring thunderstorm is a routine event for America's Railroad. The "Silver Star" is running three minutes late out of Philadelphia, and will make an on-time departure from Washington's Union Station.
