With all the madness that's been circling social media partaining to COVID-19 I decided to go do some hiking in a very remote and undershot location along the Chatt Sub last weekend. No service, no Facebook, and no stress. Just me and the great outdoors. The relaxing sounds of rushing waters, birds chirping, and the tree's blowing in the wind would soon be interrupted by the sounds of full dynamics as L211 roars down the 1.9% grade through one of the many big cuts along the mountain from Rockledge to Tantallion, TN. This stretch of the line isn't shot particularly much but it's mountain scenes are as good as any railroad around.
