On February 25, 1999, a trio EMD SD70MACs haul a loaded Burlington Northern Santa Fe coal train southbound over Apache Creek and through the remote locale of Lascar, Colorado, which is at mile 154.7 on BNSF’s Spanish Peaks Subdivision between Pueblo and Trinidad.
