| "Work 1 at Clinton Road Station"
Long Island Railroad's "Work 1" shoves past the old Clinton Road Station on the Garden Mitchell Secondary while on their way to pick up a welded rail train. Clinton Road Station opened in 1915 and served Central Railroad of Long Island shuttle trains to and from Mitchel Field until 1953. The station building is currently used by the Garden City Fire Department as a fire house. |
