Remarks & Notes

A shell of its former self. With the grain elevators of Hansen-Mueller in the background, BRAN 71 (Alco S3) seems to have found a final resting perch at Cox Contracting. After being built for the Washington Idaho & Montana in 1950, it made its way to the Tacoma Municipal Belt Line Railway in the 1970s, and ultimately to Brandon Rail in the 1980s.
