| Durango Railroad Historical Society's #315 is at the head of a Friends of the Cumbres & Toltec charter. Photo charters like this can't make it from Antonito to the first regular water stop at Sublette, and the water tank at Lava has been out of service for many years, so here's plan "B". We're stopped just past Lava Tank where our engine is getting a much needed drink from a water car which has been spotted on the Shoo-Fly track which connects the upper and lower levels of Lava Loop. |
