On Monday, February 17, 2020, Norfolk Southern’s trackage and personnel would play a key role in the train’s departure from the factory to the U.S. Department Of Transportation testing facility in Pueblo, Colorado as it travels to Buffalo, New York on the NS Southern Tier Line. This set, the first of 28 that Amtrak has ordered, will allow for a dramatic expansion of high speed rail on the Northeast Corridor Line.
