| The SBB ordered 47 of this new dual mode (Diesel/electro) locomotive Aem 940 of type Prima H4 from Alstom/France. Brand new Aem 940 # 009 came this day from the Limmattal shunting yard to Winterthur, for driver training. This new locomotives replaced already the Am 6/6 in the Limmattal shunting yard and will mainly replace the Am 841 diesellocomotives of the infrastructure. |
