| CP series 4004 doing the service Alfa Pendular Porto (Campanh? station) to Lisboa (Santa Apolónia station), here crossing Vouga river near Aveiro. This 10 tilting train series was designed and built by the Italian Fiat Ferroviaria. Starting its service in Portugal in 1999, it carries the premium service of the portuguese railway company. Although the max speed is 220 km/h, in Portugal just reach it in a very few places due to the bad condition of the infraestrcuture. In 2017 this series has been modernized, with new interiors and external new painting (from red and white to this Grey). |
