| "Surrounded by Herzogs at Hicksville"
Threatening skies roll in as New York & Atlantic Railway's RS-41 picks up a few loaded Herzog hoppers at Hicksville Team Yard in Hicksville, NY. The LIRR is loading these hoppers with excess dirt dug up from their Third Track Project. The dirt is shipped out and reused elsewhere. |
