A FLASHBACK TO THE PAST! The Hershey shifter works some of the yard tracks in Hershey, PA, shifting cars for the infamous Hershey's Chocolate plant. An old former Conrail caboose was still used in 2011 for the switching operations, which offers a unique flashback to when Conrail owned the Harrisburg Line and the switching operations to the plant. Since this photo was taken, much of the old chocolate plant has been demolished with chocolate production operations shifted to other nearby locations.
