EMD GT22CU-3 (rebuilt GR12 from 1964, former FNC Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia # 422, former STF Sociedad de Transportes Ferroviarios, Chile # 1222 ) # 2404 and Clyde Engineering GL26C-2 # 2004 (former Queensland Rail # 2106 built 1971) of the FCAB are pulling the empty boxcar train from Antofagasta to Bolivia towards the chilean/bolivian border station of Ollagüe and reached Carcote on 3802 meter a.s.l, between the Salar de Ascotan and the Salar de Carcote. On the right is the 6040 meter high volcano Cerro Palpana.
