| Meet Mr. Robert Riley, founder of Rock Island Rail who has brought his dream of a modern day Rock Island to life but in the Mississippi Delta region. On May 23, 2020 a special run was operated to debut the freshly painted GP38s with their "Bankruptcy Blue" regalia. A special round of appreciation goes out to all involved who made this event possible. |
