    Remarks & Notes
A former New Haven GP9 leads a Penn Central equipment draft across the Fort Point Channel drawbridge at the throat of Boston's South Station. The coaches are ex-NH "American Flyer" cars. This massive bascule bridge was replaced by a fixed span during the South Station rebuilding in the mid-1980s.
