| Ge 4/4 III # 650 in the "UNESCO World Heritage" paint scheme is pulling the freighttrain 5140 from Pontresina to Landquart over the Hinterrhein truss bridge at Reichenau-Tamins. On the right of the locomotive, the Hinter- and the Vorderrhein confluence. During the "covid-19 timetable" with reduced passenger trains, the Ge 4/4 III series is partly used for freight service, to avoid the higher maintenance costs and risk of breakdowns of the old "warhorses" Ge 6/6 II. |
