| Ge 4/4 II # 618 "Bergün/Bravuogn" of the Rhaetian Railway is leaving Reichenau-Tamins with the freight train 5737 from Landquart to Ilanz, which is mainly running for the VALSER mineral water transport (in the opposite direction). The green swap bodies are rather new in use for this purpose. The iron truss road bridge dates from 1881 and is the oldest of its kind in the canton Grisons. It was renovated shortly. In the background the Rhine flowing towards Chur, Basel and the north sea, the pre-summit of the Felsberg Calanda and the Kunkels pass on the left. |
