WC 1236 reflects on itself at Shops Yard, North Fond du Lac, WI wearing the earlier maroon/cream colors that WC started out with in 1987. This unit was a relatively new SW1200, built in November 1965 for the SP. It was numbered SP 2287 before joining WC ranks. Here it is coupled to former Houston Belt & Terminal SW9 no. 1231 which shows off an interesting variation in striping on the rear of its cab. These units were paired up for heavy switching duties at Shops Yard.
