After a 5-year stay at the Virginia Museum of Transportation, the Norfolk and Western Y6 2156 heads back to St. Louis to resume display at the National Museum of Transportation in Kirkwood, Missouri.

Here the short train escorting this decades-old workhorse passes in front of just one of the many grain elevator complexes that populate the rural landscape in this Midwestern state.
