The tail end of the train is still in the St. Luc departure yard as a GP-35, RS-3 and FA-2 have the westbound freight to Smiths Falls on the move.  Once the train is past Dorval, two miles to the west, the engineer will have the train up to the 50 MPH track speed of the Winchester Sub.
