While the sun may have set long ago on the original Rock Island, Rob Riley’s Rock Island revival has is at the dawn of a new era for the Route Rock. With many thanks to the cooperation of the entire crew, hundreds of images were captured and the sunset cooperated nicely following a series of storms on July 6. 3 Alien Bees B1600 were used for lighting the locomotives while Mother Nature took care of the rest.
