Two U.S. Army GE 80-ton center cabs, USAX 1674 and USAX 1685, reside next to the Pennsylvania & Southern Railway locomotive shop in the Cumberland Valley Business Park. Both locomotives previously served the adjacent Letterkenny Army Depot. The business park itself is on land ceded by Letterkenny, after the army depot began downsizing in 1995.

USAX 1674 (B/N=31381) was built in 11/1952, and re-manufactured in 12/1993. USAX 1685 (B/N=31392) was built in 12/1952, and re-manufactured in 07/1991. The re-manufactured dates are according to the respective U.S. Army property plate. The re-manufacturing at Tooele Army Depot (TEAD)/Hill AFB included Cummins NTA-855-L4 diesel engines (335 hp) and 26L air brake systems. USAX 1674 originally served Fort Dix (NJ); USAX 1685 originally served Fort Belvoir (VA).

Photographed on railroad property, with company permission..
