On September 2, 1998, an eastbound Burlington Northern Santa Fe freight rumbles through Silesia, Montana, led by a LMX leasing GE B39-8. Trailing No. 8515 is Santa Fe EMD FP45 No. 97, a locomotive that was once numbered No. 107, pulling Santa Fe’s famous passenger trains like the El Capitan.
