| The 2-8-2 "Mikado" 141 R # 1244 (heavy fuel oil fired) pulled a 6-car train round the Lake of Zürich, from Zürich via Thalwil-W?denswil-Pf?ffikon SZ-Rapperswil-Wetzikon-Pf?ffikon ZH-Effretikon-Kloten-Wipkingen to Zürich. The locomotive was built by the Montral Locomotive Works in 1946 for the french SNCF and came to Switzerland in 1975, owned and operated by association "Mikado 1244". |
