| Amtrak's Cardinal service from Chicago to New York is a 3 days a week and 26 hour schedule. The train uses the Buckingham Branch from Charlottesville to Clifton Forge, around 40 miles. Some of the trackage over this route is still jointed rail. Here #51 bounces along as they leave Waynesboro behind. the next stop is Staunton here in a few minutes. |
