Remarks & Notes

1 meter gauge cogwheel steamlocomotive # 8 of the Montenvers Railway (Chemins de fer de Montenvers), built 1927 by the SLM Winterthur, exhibited in Chamonix-Mont Blanc next the station. Two cogwheels system Strub, one axle driven by a chain. The builders plate is that of locomotive # 6, built in 1923, but this is wrong.
