| The planets aligned as an impromptu meet occurred between the PAR 1 OCS and 23K with the VGN heritage unit at CPF466 at Noonans yesterday afternoon as the Pan Am OCS approached Mechanicville Yard out of Ayer Mass. The 23K was running very late and would not be leaving south until late afternoon for Binghamton. The OCS trip is another secretive run pending a possible sale of the west end section of the railroad to a new owner. But nothing confirmed or announced yet. |
