Pennsy D16sb No. 1223 running around its train at J-Tower (aka LEMO Tower, for Lemoyne, PA) near the Route 741 grade crossing. Originally restored by the Lancaster Chapter NRHS, the tower has recently been repaired by the railroad. The small window to the right of the door has been removed since this photo was taken.
