| An SD40-2 and an SD50-2 are paired together for switching duties, commonly referred to as ”trimmers” at the east end of Selkirk yard. The sun quickly sets during this time of the year and there’s just enough light to capture the power as they go about switching long blocks of cars on the array of yard tracks to make up complete trains. |
