| Riding The Rutland Road. On June 20, 2017, Webb Rail's former New York Central Railroad Budd built Pullman observation/sleeper/diner "Babbling Brook" held the markers on Amtrak train 290 (Ethan Allen) during a very busy week of trips on the railroad. This was the first time that the "Brook" had been to Rutland under Webb Rail ownership.
