Craning for a new angle. On August 14, 2020, a view of the Juniata Locomotive Shops in Altoona, Pennsylvania show a variety of locomotives parked outside the building. A temporary crane was erected to facilitate construction on the building, demonstrably taller than the structure itself. The yellow paint on the new turntable stands out in a sea of black and white engines.
