| STORM FRONT. The Pan Am OCS is seen curving east just ahead of a vicious early October storm front that would bring extensive property damage and power outages to the region of western Massachusetts. The business train would be forced to stop ahead at Williamstown due to a fallen tree in the right of way. It would later lay over at North Adams until signaling could be restored to the railroad. |
