| GMTX 2617 leads the Southbound Detour 1 with the HERZOG train through the rock cut in downtown Winooski. Due to the construction of a tunnel in Middlebury, the VTR's Northern Sub was blocked. Detour trains were run North on the NECR from Burlington to Essex Junction then down to Bellows Falls. In Bellows Falls the cars were back on VRS Property (GMRC) and then were taken to Rutland. The power would then take the Northbound cars back to Burlington |
