| This day, there was the festive inauguration of the last car in the train after 5 years hard work by the volunteers of the "Club 1889". The third class passenger car C # 66 was built in 1897 by the Schweizerische Industriegesellschaft in Neuhausen (SIG) for the Rhaetian Railway. Steamlocomotive G 3/4 # 11 "Heidi" from 1902 brought the "Train of the founders" (Gründerzug) (all cars were built in the 19th century) from Samedan over the Albula line to Filisur, where an aperitive was held. Then the train ran to Alvaneu and back over the Landwasser viaduct. |
