My dad truly loved everything about the Santa Fe. He passed that love onto me also. Even though we live in Union Pacific country, we couldn't wait to get down on the Santa Fe. Here is one of his shots on the remote Crookton line change at Doublea. An example of Santa Fe philosophy at the time, high speed B truck locomotives. B40-8 7419, 7417, 7410, and a GP60.
