Power for MV-12 is on the ready track at the CPR's St. Luc Yard in suburban Montreal. Penn Central and its New York Central predecessor ran a daily freight between Syracuse Dewitt Yard and CPR's St. Luc Yard in Montreal. A GP40 and U28B will soon head to the departure yard to take Train MV-12 on its way.
