| New CP heritage SD70 7013 was supposed to lead the afternoon box train out of Thunder Bay. Encountering mechanical issues and being B/O for leading, the only other available power in the terminal was called into action. Normally reserved for beltpack service in the yard, RLCS GP38-2 4441 leads CP 7013 and 168 grain empties across the Matawin River westbound out of Thunder Bay. |
