Passengers have left the CN station waiting room and await the opening of the gate to begin loading on The Canadian as blizzard conditions blow through Vancouver shutting down the airport and making highways treacherous. At this time VIA Rail operated both The Canadian and the Super Continental, of CP and CN origin respectively.
